The Style Issue, March 16, 2009
Great issue, wonderful cover - Michelle O - by Floc'h. And inside this great para about her in an article by Robin Givhan:
Michelle Obama reminds women that they can make a place for vanity in their lives, and that, when they do, a little fashion can be supremely empowering.
There are also four pages of poems by John Updike, and a superb photographic portrait of the great writer by Michael O'Neill. And an especially interesting story on the $159million renovation of the Alice Tully Hall, the chamber music venue at the Lincoln Center. Lots more too, a great issue, don't miss it. Check out their website below.
