The Best Awards

Beatnik is proud to announce that our beautiful book Who You Are Is What You Do by Heather McAllister has been chosen as a finalist for the New Zealand Best Awards! You can view the entry here.

Make sure to browse the rest of the site to see what amazing work is being done in New Zealand these days. There are categories for graphic, interactive, product and spatial design so there is sure to be something to tickle your fancy. Shout out to our friends at Running with Scissors who have also been selected for their amazing studio space (photographed by Sally Greer). Check out their entry here.

The award ceremony is on October 7th, keep an eye on Beatnik's facebook and twitter for updates (and perhaps some glamour shots of the Beatnik
Team all cleaned up).

Frankfurt Book Fair
Our fearless leader Sally Greer is taking the plunge and attending the Frankfurt Book Fair this year. It is the largest international book fair in the world and we are going to promote Beatnik and our beautiful books at an international level as well as expand our publishing network. It is an exciting time for Beatnik!
