BWB celebrating Awards!

Last week, two BWB history titles won two significant awards, and these follow other endorsements for BWB books. So time to celebrate!

For ‘an outstanding piece of writing which … also clearly demonstrates exemplary and/or innovative use of primary resources’.

For original research which makes ‘the most distinguished contribution to the history of Australia or New Zealand or to the history of colonisation’.

Sports History Prize (Australian Society for Sports History)

‘your key interpretation impressed the judges’, who also praised ‘the thorough interrogation of the sources’.
