Last night the second book in the Centenary History of New Zealand and the First

New Zealand
and the First World War: 1914-1919
is modelled on similar ‘engineered paper’ publications produced by Carlton for
the Imperial War Museum . Fifty large format two-page plates feature fold-out
maps, packets containing facsimiles of letters, manuals, postcards, aircraft
recognition profiles and other documents.
Mission Hall
provided the design for Penguin, the publisher.
