This week's Tuesday Poem is That
Girl, by Heidi North-Bailey, brought to us by Keith Westwater. The poem
is from the poet's first collection, Possibility of flight.
Tuesday Poem hub editor Westwater begins his discussion of
the poem with this:
That girl pithily catches a moment of self-awareness from
someone who is constantly edgy, who thumbs her nose at the careful and
conventional path.
Read the poem and more of Westwater's discussion of both the
poem and poet at the TP site.
Both North-Bailey's poetry collection and Keith Westwater's
new collection, Felt intensity, are published by Mākaro Press
and launched this month.

Felt intensity here.
