The 2013 PA International Conference in London lamented the lack of appreciation for the role of publishers as gatekeepers and lauded the revival of indie booksellers.
On short notice, a dozen of the UK's top startups hosted the first Digital Publishing Xmas Fair, celebrating London's burgeoning entrepreneurial community.
