‘French women have incredible style and confidence. Mireille is an inspiration and her book is a must-read for any woman wanting to look better and ultimately feel more beautiful.’ - Bobbi Brown

From the author of the worldwide bestseller French Women Don’t Get Fat, the ultimate guide to the secrets of French women’s enviable ability to age better than anyone else.

With her signature blend of wit, no-nonsense advice, and storytelling flair, Mireille Guiliano returns with a delightful, encouraging take on
beauty and aging for our times. She provides advice, personal stories and humour while sharing well-guarded secrets French women know
about looking and feeling great as the years progress.

‘Many books talk about “aging gracefully”, but I don’t like that expression’, says Mireille. “Aging with attitude” is what I believe in,
and it’s a different approach to aging well.

‘It is a multifaceted, holistic approach from the inside out, not just outside in, looking at skincare, diet, style, grooming, medical interventions and miracles, exercise, friendship, romance, anti-aging recipes and more.

‘This book was very personal to me. I want to know how to attack aging so to enjoy it to its fullest. And I knew I was not alone. I was not thinking so much about living a long time, but rather about looking good and feeling healthy in the decades to come. So while I pulled together my ideas over three years, I can say I researched the book over a lifetime.

For anyone who has ever spent the equivalent of a mortgage payment on anti-aging lotions or procedures, dressed inappropriately for their age, gained a little too much in the middle, or accidentally forgotten how to flirt, here is a proactive way to keep looking and feeling great, without declaring bankruptcy or resorting to surgery!

Mireille Guiliano is touring to New Zealand in early February. She will speak in Auckland (3/2), Wellington (4/2) & Christchurch (4/2).
