The Swedish author tasked with writing the upcoming sequel to the late Stieg Larsson's best-selling Millennium trilogy said Sunday that he was "born for" the job.David Lagercrantz, commissioned to extend the dark crime series that sold more than 80 million copies worldwide, wrote in the Dagens Nyheter newspaper that he lived "day and night" with Larsson's characters.
"I was born for this. Nobody could do it any better," Lagercrantz wrote.
