The Ultimate Vegetarian Collection - an invitation from Cook the Books


Alison Holst and Simon Holst are household names in New Zealand and almost 25 years after they collaborated on their first bestselling vegetarian cookbook, the mother and son duo are back with their latest offering, The Ultimate Vegetarian Collection, just in time for a summer of seasonal fresh vegetables, crisp salads and long, sunny evenings.
Cook the Books is delighted to host Simon and Alison Holst for an intimate evening event, sampling some of their freshest and favourite recipes inspired by the book, perfectly accompanied by wine from Vidal. Monday 19 November, 2012; 6 - 7.30pm.
