Eleanor Catton wins Man Booker
I am presently sitting in the press conference for the winner. There are probably 60 journalists here plus 30 photographers. First questions from The Times, The Independent, The Guardain and she handled them all so wonderfully. I feel so proud for her, and actually for being a NZ'er here on this fabulous occasion. our second Man Booker Prize winner after Keri Hulme. And of course the youngest Man Booker Prize winner ever.
