You know those moments when an article, a picture or a blog post appears on the internet that makes you laugh so hard your belly hurts and tears stream down your face? You may not even know where it came from, or who made it. Well, if you've ever laughed at a picture like the one above, as hundreds of thousands (maybe millions) have done, 28-year-old Allie Brosh is the woman who made it happen.
Brosh began her award-winning blog, Hyperbole and a Half, in 2009 when she was putting off studying for a physics final at the University of Montana. Since then it has had nearly 150 million page loads, her Facebook page has 300,000 likes and now she has had her first book published.
