Svetlana Boym called nostalgia ‘a romance with one’s own fantasy.’ Both the Brexit referendum and the election of Donald Trump thrived on nostalgia. But nostalgia for what? And whose nostalgia is it?
In this BWB Winter series conversation, Andrew Dean (author of Ruth, Roger and Me) talks with BWB Texts publisher Tom Rennie about what nostalgia is doing to our contemporary politics.
All welcome, no RSVP necessary
