When HBO sent out the screeners for the third season of Veep, there was a goody inside: the book Some New Beginnings: Our Next American Journey, written by one Veep-cum-presidential candidate, Selina Meyer. The grand joke of the swag was this: you flipped through the pages and there was nothing on each page.
