Crime writer Ian Rankin and British poet laureate Carol Ann Duffy will appear at the eighth Emirates Airline Festival of Literature, which takes place in Dubai from March 1-12, 2016. Other writers on the lineup include Oxford Professor of Poetry Simon Armitage, and Antony Horowitz, who will be discussing his latest James Bond novel, Trigger Mortis.Telegraph
