Festival opens and closes to a full house   3,000 Attendees 100 Speakers 60 Events 4 Days 2 Countries 1 City The inaugural Australia and New Zealand Festival of Literature and Arts was a superb weekend of creativity, words, song and performance.  The Festival Team would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to making this,our first year, such a resounding success. King's College was the perfect setting, from the stunning Chapel, to the eerie lecture halls down to the smaller event spaces.  Our tuckshop and Stanfords bookstore were among the favourite places to visit. In the news here and at home, our speakers/artists were warmly welcomed to London with admirers of their work patiently waiting for book signings, and often arriving with ample time to secure the best seats. The highlights were numerous, our speakers and artists were the stars of the show. THANK YOU to our supporters – our members, benefactors and sponsors – without whom we could not have even put the festival on.  Believing we could do it made the realisation of this dream all the more sweeter.
