APPOINTMENT MADE FOR NEWLY CREATED POSITION AT CRAIG POTTON PUBLISHING

Craig Potton Publishing is delighted to announce the appointment of Helen Benton to the newly created position of Auckland Sales Manager. ‘We are confident that there are opportunities for growth in this important market, and we feel the time has come for us to have someone who is dedicated to CPP books and those of our distribution clients in the Auckland territory,’ says Jane Connor, CPP’s Managing Director and Publisher.

 Sales and Marketing Director Emma Radcliffe: ‘We are thrilled to have Helen as a key member of our team. She brings a great depth of experience to the job, along with an enthusiasm for the CPP, Lonely Planet and Hema lists.’

Helen will take over the territory previously managed by Mike Hill of Bookreps, starting 31 January 2012. ‘Mike has done a sterling job for us for many years and we’re very grateful for all his hard work on our behalf,’ says Emma. ‘The timing of the change is perfect for both Craig Potton and Mike, as the growing list of agencies at Bookreps means that Mike needs to focus more on that aspect of his business.’
