PONSONBY LIVING

One of the many pleasures of living in the Auckland inner city suburb of Ponsonby is the monthly edition of Ponsonby News delivered free to our letterbox. A full colour 132 page magazine it is crammed with news and information about what is happening in this lively area.
A recent innovation in the magazine is The Boys Book Club and with Father's Day approaching magazine editor Martin Leach approached three local independent bookshops - Dear Reader, Novel, and the Women's Bookshop - and asked for their top five suggestions for Father's Day gifts.

Here by kind permision of Ponsonby News is The Boys' Book Club page from the August issue of the magazine:

THE BOYS' BOOK CLUB
PONSONBY NEWS is delighted to announce the launch of the Boys Book Club.
Everyone knows that despite the name of her business, Carole from The Women’s Bookshop welcomes male customers and the Boys Book Club will naturally welcome female readers! And knowing how much blokes like a good read, (especially in the bath!)
