The race to the top of the Christmas book charts traditionally pits celebrities with life stories to tell against TV chefs with cookbooks to sell.
This year, the likes of Jamie Oliver, Roy Keane and Graham Norton have a challenger in the shape of a 24-year-old girl called Zoe Sugg whose name will be unfamiliar to most of the population.
To girls of teenage years or younger, however, Sugg is a superstar better known by her nickname of Zoella.
She is not a pop singer, actress or television star. Instead, Zoella is one of a new breed of YouTube celebrities. She is famous simply for being herself.
