Graham Beattie and Carole Beu are the hosting duo for The Book Show, which began screening last night (September 17) on Face TV at 8.30pm. It was the first of a series of 10 programmes which will also be available online.
That The Book Show is on screen at all is the result of hope, faith and charity.
Hope that it could happen buoyed the effort. Faith was provided by producer Deb Faith who worked relentlessly to see her vision of the book programme as ‘a straight up and modest little show’ realised. Finally, charity came to the rescue and funded The Book Show via the Arts Foundation’s crowd funding platform Boosted.
