SIR – I was relieved to read that feminists are forcing a crack down on pornography in Iceland (“Naked ambition”, April 20th). From the heart of Amish country in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, my mother-in-law reports that the book most frequently borrowed from her retirement-home library is “Fifty Shades of Grey” (the large-print edition).Jonathan Rose
