Joan Rivers Handcuffed Herself to a Costco Shopping Cart

Since the wholesale chain will not sell her latest book — they object to a word that we're pretty sure is pussy on the back cover — Rivers rolled up to a Burbank, California, Costco (with camera crew) and started selling copies herself. Then the cops showed up and escorted her out, because that is what happens when you stage a publicity stunt in Costco.
