At the Press we are a tiny team that produces a whole pile of big, ambitious books every year and we can only do that because of the talented, hard-working people we surround ourselves with: the authors and photographers and archives and museums who produce the ideas and images. The editors and designers and printers who help us turn those ideas and images into books. And the shippers and distributors and media and bookstores who help put those books into the hands of readers. A huge thanks for your continued support.
How about 2016? Honestly, it looks huge. Big biographies of Allen Curnow and Samuel Marsden, illustrated books like Peter Simpson’s Bloomsbury South and Warren Moran’s New Zealand Wine, new voices like Anthony Byrt, Marama Muru Lanning and Robyn Toomath alongside established names like Alan Bollard, C. K. Stead and Ian Wedde. We love bringing all those voices together and getting them on the page and out to you, our readers.
