The London Book Fair has revealed the finalists for the inaugural International Book Industry Excellence Awards, which celebrate global excellence in the book industry, across all aspects of international publishing. Shortlists for the first-ever awards, held in association with The U.K. Publishers Association, were announced in 16 categories—the most nominated countries included the USA, India, China and Korea.
