Kennedy is published in the UK by Vintage and Arnott by Sceptre. The imprint, which is headed by senior editor Ed Park, will publish 10 titles a year in novels, memoirs and short story collections, according to a report in Publishers Weekly.
Arnott's agent, Curtis Brown m.d. Jonny Geller, told The Bookseller: "It's rather exciting. The House of Rumour went on on general submission via ICM and they [Little A] loved it and made an offer and won it in an auction. They are just about to serialise it in Playboy."
Amazon.com is currently pricing The Blue Book at $25, discounted to $14.97, with a Kindle edition at $8.60. The House of Rumour is listed as $26 discounted to $15.60, with a $15.40 Kindle edition.
Little A will also include a digital-only series, Day One, focusing on short stories from debut writers. These will be available in both North America and the UK. The first titles are Kodi Scheer's When a Camel Breaks your Heart and Monster by McSweeney's contributor Bridget Clerkin.
