This book really surprised me. It is nothing like your usual John Grishham novel. The first 60 pages or so had me laughing out loud on several occasions. And there is a good deal of humour throughout the novel which features a couple of two-bit lawyers who can barely pay their way and a new bright young guy who under unusual circumstances joins the firm from a leading, highly successful uptown legal firm.
Much of the novel is about a huge medical class action case against a pharmaceutical company.
Something very different but still highly entertaining from John Grisham. I loved it.
And here is a review from The Guardian last month.

"The Litigators" is a fast read which hooks you in right from the start. Although it lacks the heart pounding action of his earlier novels, it definetly keeps the reader guessing until the end.
