I am always delighted and surprised at the number of daily visitors I receive with total visits now approaching 4.6 million on this blog and 80,000 on the food/wine/cookbook blog I started earlier this year.
However to prevent me from getting too carried away or complacent along comes the following ranking on a US site:
Beattiesbookblog is ranked 320,758 in the United States. !!
Interestingly enough the US provides the second largest number so viewers to my blog asnd had from day one.
The following table shows the source of visitors in rounded % terms as at midnight last night:
New Zealand 55%
USA 15
UK 6
Australia 5
France 3
Canada 3
Germany 2
Italy 1
The remaining 10% of visitors are from 44 other countries.

These kind of figures should be treated with caution -in our case there are massive variations between Google's statistics (which are probably fairly accurate) and those shown on certain other ranking sites.
