I came across this week gem of a cookbook at the excellent  Four Square in Matakana last weekend. It has been compiled by The Crib early childhood centre at Matakana with the help of parents and families from The Crib and support from the wider community.
It is perfect for the beach bach or boat with simple tasty recipes from seafood through to puddings and cakes. In full colour throughout it is a gives a falvour of what the Matakana region has to offer.
