WRITERS WEEK BEGINS


 
Tonight is the Gala Showcase: Fighting Talk. Come the Embassy theatre for 6pm to hear Robert Dessaix, Mariko Tamaki, Etgar Keret, Courtney Sina Meredith and Sally Gardner telling tales of conflict and resolution.
 
From 9.45am today the Embassy theatre is filled with writers. Anna Smaill and Kate De Goldi start us off with Where Music Reigns. Throughout the day we will hear Mallory Ortberg, Jamie Curry, Christopher McDougall, Simon Winchester and Anis Mojgani. Tickets available at the Embassy theatre.
