Book publishing giant Hachette is launching a book mobile app that combines reading with gameplay.
The firm has teamed up with New Star Games and Martyn Brown’s Insight Studios to create a New Star Soccer Story, which is based on the 20m-selling New Star Soccer mobile game.
The title will be released to coincide with Euro 2016.
The game/book is a mix of a choose-your-own-adventure with gameplay elements. It will take the reader from playing football in the park to playing in the cup final - or not, depending on the choices that are made along the way. It is being written by Steve Barlow and Steve Skidmore. MORE
