Waterstones has today announced the next 12 titles in its quarterly Book Club, featuring four titles from Random House and three titles from Penguin.

Disgrace by Jussi Adler-Olsen; The Pleasures of Men by Kate Williams; and In Defence of Dogs are the Penguin titles that have been selected for the promotion, while The Borrower by Rebecca Makkai and The Submission by Amy Waldman (both Cornerstone); The Cat's Table by Michael Ondaatje (Vintage); and The Absolutist by John Boyne (Transworld) are all published by Random House.
Others in the line-up include The Two Week Wait by Sarah Rayner (Pan Macmillan); Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor (Hodder); One on One by Craig Brown; (HarperCollins); Bereft by Chris Wormesley (Quercus;) and Hundred Year Old Man Who Climbed Out Of The Window and Disappeared by Jonas Jonasson (Hesperus).

The Waterstones Quarterly Book Club began in January with the strapline: "Books you will love or your money back", and the featured titles all have a discount, which is to be confirmed.
Kate Skipper, campaign manager at Waterstones, said the company was so far pleased with how the promotion was running. "We are thrilled by the reception that's been given to our Book Club," she said. "It's a great way of highlighting some of the key titles that we think will really appeal to Waterstones customers.
