Lonely Planet Not-For-Parents New York - Everything You Ever Wanted to Know

Bought this little gem the other day from my indie bookseller - rrp NZ$20. 

Great fun and warmly recommended if you are going to NY with kids aged 10-15 years. There are also titles on Rome, Paris and London.
