Alan Bennett, the venerable playwright, is to release a new collection of prose this autumn, its joint publishers Faber and Profile have announced.
Titled Keeping On Keeping On, the collection will contain Bennett’s diaries from 2005 to 2015, taking in a decade that saw film adaptations of The History Boys and The Lady in the Van, as well as four premieres at the National Theatre.
Keeping On Keeping On is the writer’s third collection of Prose, following Writing Home and Untold Stories.
