- Festival Director Anne O'Brien will host
- Susanna Andrew, books editor at Metro magazine, will talk about her top picks Fleur Adcock, Bill Manhire and Pankaj Mishra
- Anton Blank (Ngati Porou/Ngati Kahungumu), writer and editor of the Maori literary journal Ora Nui, will tell you about his picks Alison Jones, Kuni Jenkins, Aleks Krotoski and Wayne Macauley
- Writer Sue Orr on Kate Atkinson, Sylvie Simmons and Anne Salmond
