To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the publication of Casino Royale we will be talking all things 007 as part of this year's Big Read. Join Festival Reader-in-Residence David Mark to explore the novel that introduced the world's most famous spy. Pick up your free copy of the book from participating libraries or visit the Big Read website for more information. The first Big Read event in Cross Hills this week was a great success and we are looking forward to hitting the road and visiting libraries across the North to discuss girls, guns, cars and cocktails!
