I look forward with interest to hearing Fergus, but am I the only Arts on Sunday Listener who ahs noticed that the dedicated 'books and authors' time has now reduced from 20 minutes per shop, to 10 minutes per show--ie only 1 author/direct writing feature per week? A few years back when the 1/2 hour Sunday book programme was brought under the general 'Arts' umbrella there was fear this would happen, that books/literature/writers would gradually be squeezed out and I am deeply disappointed this now appears to be coming to pass. This is mainly why I listen to the show, so am starting to feel 'squeezed out' as well!
