Scholastic NZ advise that SALT RIVER by Elizabeth Hegarty, the Tom Fitzgibbon Award winner, has been shortlisted for the Sakura Medal in Japan Other NZ titles to make the list are The Dark Blue 100-Ride Bus Ticket (Margaret Mahy), and Brainjack (Brian Falkner).
