A pressure cooker will truly revolutionise the way you cook - we have been cooking with one for the past 9 months, and cannot recommend them highly enough.
A hearty soup in three-quarters of an hour? Roast chicken in 30 minutes? A sinfully sticky pudding quicker than you can imagine?

Yes, all this - and a whole lot more - is possible with the new generation of pressure cooker. Lisa will demonstrate how easy it is achieve amazing results in a fraction of the time of traditional methods.

Join Cook the Books, and you will see how a beautiful risotto can be cooked in 7 minutes. A number of other yummy favourites, including a superb pumpkin hummus and family favourite meatballs, will also be demonstrated for you to enjoy.
