Guardian Books podcast: Edinburgh International Book festival preview

The Edinburgh International Book festival will welcome authors from 55 different countries, and include the first world writers conference in 50 years. Director Nick Barley previews some big names and we hear some participants from our own archive

As the Edinburgh International Book festival prepares for 10am tomorrow when it opens its doors, we speak to festival director Nick Barley about his pick of the programme this year, and take a tour through our own archives in search of interviews with participating authors, from Anne Enright to Andrew Motion, to whet your appetites for the next two weeks.
