Patricia Grace: A Life's Work
Patricia Grace is an Arts Foundation Icon who has won many national and international awards for her fiction, including the Neustadt International Prize for Literature (widely considered the most prestigious literary prize after the Nobel). Grace is of Ngāti Toa, Ngāti Raukawa and Te Ati Awa descent, and is affiliated to Ngāti Porou by marriage. Her recent novel Chappy was a finalist in the Ockham New Zealand Book Awards. Join award-winning writer Briar Grace-Smith for a look into the career of this deeply subtle, moving and subversive writer.

Writers on Mondays is presented with the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa, National Poetry Day and Circa Theatre.
