Amazonian: Brazilian Booksellers, Publishers Begin Big Digital Push

In the past several months two new e-bookstores have launched in Brazil, a third is opening next month, and large chains are also eyeing their options. Publishers too are finally awakening to the possibilities of both e-books and online marketing. What's more, Brazilian readers, seem open to the idea of electronic reading.

Whatever Happened to the Idea of E-book and Print Book Bundling?

Brazilians have said they still respect print and remain reticent when it comes to downloading books, despite a growing curiosity about digital reading. Perhaps bundling e-book and print books could help entice more Brazilian readers into trying e-reading?
