WHAT?    Bill Nagelkerke has been the Head to the Children’s and Young Adults Section of the Canterbury Public Library in another life.  He is also a published author.  Bill will be commenting on the selection of IBBY honour books  and perhaps he will also share some of his personal highlights from the recently held IBBY Congress in Auckland,
