Comfort Food from Jamie Oliver


Jamie Oliver’s new book for the autumn, Comfort Food, will bring together 100 “ultimate comfort food recipes” from around the world.
The Michael Joseph title will tie in with a new Channel 4 series Jamie’s Comfort Food. The book will be released on 28th August.

Comfort Food is “inspired by everything from childhood memories to the changing of the seasons, and taking into account the guilty pleasures and sweet indulgences that everyone enjoys, it’s brimming with exciting recipes to fall in love with”.
It will include “ultimate” versions of all-time favourites, as well as dishes from countries around the world.
In addition to the recipes, Oliver will share “extra hints, tips and ideas throughout to ensure the best possible results”.
Recipes include moussaka, gyoza with crispy wings, steaming ramen and katsu curry to eggs Benedict, sticky toffee pudding and tutti frutti pear tarte tatin.

Oliver has sold 11,615,790 copies of his books through Nielsen BookScan. His most popular is Jamie’s 30-Minute Meals (Michael Joseph) which has sold 1,807,773 copies.
