Journalism 2014 is now open for entries. For further details and to apply

entry is free and requires between four and six pieces of writing. The
deadline for entries is 15 January 2014 and the longlist will be announced
online at midday on 26 March 2014.
We award prizes for the work which comes closest to George Orwell’s
ambition ‘to make political writing into an art’.
