Obituary Note: Christopher Koch
Christopher Koch, the author of TheYear of Living Dangerously, "who was widely regarded as one of Australia's finest novelists," died Monday, the New York Times reported. He was 81. He won the Miles Franklin Award twice, for The Doubleman and Highways to a War.
