Poet Laureate Carol Ann Duffy is selecting the third volume of The Twelve Poems of Christmas, which is out this autumn.
Duffy will also write the introduction to the titles, which is priced £4.95 and published in October 2011. Around 7.5% of the profits from the book will go to human rights charity Amnesty International.
The poems are by Martin Armstrong, Frances Bellerby, Carol Ann Duffy, Harry Gilonis, Ann Gray, Martin Hayes, Lotte Kramer, George Mackay Brown, William McGonagall, Julie O'Callaghan, Anne Ridler and John Short.
Editor Jenny Swann said: "We feel that this year's pamphlet makes the perfect stocking-filler/small present for people in rather austere times - with a r.r.p of under £5, it is good value, worthwhile in a deeper sense and a beautiful object to be kept (and brought out with the Christmas decorations) for years to come."
