The Festival is back!

The festival is back!

Dear Festival friends

We would like to join the chorus of voices from across the globe in congratulating Australia’s very own, Richard Flanagan, for his triumphant win of this year's Man Booker Prize. He was even fittingly acknowledged with a special postmark from the UK's Royal Mail!

An absolutely superb novel ... written in prose of extraordinary elegance and force” AC Grayling, Chair of the Judges Panel

"In Australia the Man Booker is sometimes seen as something of a chicken raffle, I just didn't expect to end up the chicken.” Richard Flanagan

What better time to announce the dates of our second annual festival: 28 - 31 May 2015Mark in red, highlight in yellow or circle in green the dates of the Aus & NZ Festival for 2015. We are also delighted to announce our main venue is once again, the centrally located King’s College in London.

Don’t forget, a few of you told us that you wanted to plan Spring UK visits to coincide with our festival in 2015, so tell one, tell all. Why not forward them this email so that they can join our mailing list?

Enjoy the weekend and rest assured you will be hearing from us again next month when we announce our first line up of confirmed participants. Are you excited? We certainly are.

In the meantime, there's plenty for fans of Antipodean arts to enjoy in London. Below are a few highlights.

Best wishes
The Festival Team
