Wednesday 16 April - Dr Ali Clarke talking about writing the history of the University of Otago - Preparing for the sesquicentennial.

18 June Three wise men of the valley - Hon Stan Rodger talks on the birth of New Zealand’s welfare state and its origins in the Waitaki Valley.

20 August The making of New Zealanders - Well known writer Ron Palenski, argues that the New Zealand identity was already forming prior to the outbreak of WWI.

2 September Friends Annual Dinner -Venue and speaker to be confirmed.

15 October Our modern Girl in Hollywood - Dr Natalie Smith talks about Dale Austen, Miss New Zealand 1927 and her career in Hollywood.

10 December The first Christmas - Join us for a tour of Whakapono; faith and foundations – an exhibition celebrating the Marsden Bicentennial 1814-2014.
