The Michael King Writers' Centre, The Friends of the
Takapuna Library and the Devonport Library Associates invite you to hear
Michael King Centre writer in residence, Chris Else, talk about
Fiction: How it works
and why we need it.
Chris Else has published six novels and two collections of
short stories.
He is currently working on a novel set in Auckland in 1970.
With his wife Barbara, he also runs the TFS Literary Agency and Assessment
Service, which offers manuscript assessment, mentoring and agency services
to new and established writers.
