PROGRAMME ANNOUNCED 5 JULY!
Save the date!
The WORD Christchurch Writers & Readers Festival takes place from
24-28 August this year, with over 70 events and more than 100 speakers.
We have a new
venue and lots of exciting new events: fiction, poetry, storytelling,
songwriting, comics, ideas, history, live chat shows, debate, publishing
tips, writing workshops and much much more. Our full programme will be
announced on the evening of July 5, and with an insert in The Press
the next day. If you're from out of Christchurch, book your flights now
and don't miss the coolest little literary festival in the country (if we
may say so ourselves). Come and join the fun.
