Meet novelist Ron Riddell

Ron Riddell will be talking about his recently published
novel The guardian of the shield, a work which celebrates the resilience
of the human spirit.
Sir Bob Harvey described Ron's novel as:
"A winner; a rich read with universal appeal and a pace that doesn't
slacken."
The Friends of the Takapuna Library invite you to meet
Ron and hear about his creative process, including how he successfully
traverses poetry and prose. Ron will also read from his new novel, accompanied
by guitarist Paul Doesburg.
Please join us at 6pm for light refreshments before Ron
begins his talk at 6.30pm.
Copies of The guardian of the shield will be
available at a special price of $20 (a discount of 30% off the normal retail
price of $30), courtesy of the author.
